Our experienced, bilingual sales staff can help you with all your chemical and equipment questions. We can advise you on effective carpet and floor cleaning, restoration jobs and proper kitchen and restroom maintenance. Our helpful and approachable staff always strives to find the right solutions for your needs.

As an authorized warranty dealer, we strive to repair and service your equipment to get you up and running quickly. We have expert service technicians who repair vacuums, extractors, scrubbers, flood and fire restoration equipment.

James Crawford
Sales Manager, James Crawford joined us in 2023, bringing over 25 years of executive experience from Kaiser Permanente. Jim is committed to achieving strong results while fostering positive relationships. He focuses on efficiency, meeting deadlines, and managing budgets, all while developing his team by valuing their input and promoting collaboration. His professional mantra is: “Do what you say you will do… Be open, honest, admit when you are wrong and be willing to extend trust to others.”
Debra McCalla
Debra McCalla, an owner and top sales producer for the McCalla team. Debra has been committed to her family business for over 25 years. She treats her customers like family, believing that true value comes not only from high-quality products but also from exceptional, hands-on customer service—her strongest asset. Debra has led significant transformations within the sales team, implementing new training approaches in safety and conducting in-service site visits. She is also a frequent speaker at industry events. Her primary goal is to ensure customers feel heard and that their individual needs are understood, providing them with the support they desire. Outside of work, Debra enjoys spending time with her two bulldogs, Hamilton and Mylo, and loves weekend trips to Big Bear with her husband, Lance.
Michael Miller
Michael Miller is a father, husband, sports enthusiast, and long-time experienced salesperson. He has been with McCalla for 30 years and loves taking care of all businesses from his schools to his senior living residencies. What he enjoys most is getting to know his customers and making sure all of their needs are met, all while giving them the best customer service possible.
Scott Gourlay
Scott Gourlay has been with McCalla Company since 2000. He is here to help with all your cleaning and maintainence needs. If he doesn't know the answers, he will find the right person to answer them. Scott takes much pride in helping his customers. Before Covid, Scott would spend weekends visiting hospitals and nursing homes with his wellness dog he has personally trained.
Ruben Rodriguez
Ruben Rodriguez starting working for Woolworth’s washing dishes in the 60's. From there his work experience included selling janitorial supplies both wholesale and retail as well as owning his own janitorial business for 23 years in the San Fernando Valley. The last 6 years, with McCalla Company, has been driven by working with LAUSD and countless other private schools. His work experience has given him much insight into the needs of his customers, especially in these challenging pandemic times. Like his colleagues, he tries to find the best service possible.
Natalie Rene
Natalie Rene joined the McCalla team in 2023 and quickly became known for her commitment to building meaningful relationships with her clients. She believes that true value comes not just from the products—which speak for themselves—but from the personalized service and genuine partnerships she cultivates. Her goal is to make each client's day a little easier by understanding their unique needs and delivering thoughtful, tailored support. Outside of work, Natalie finds joy in exploring the outdoors and cherishing time with her daughter and husband.

We keep a large in-store inventory of our main products so that you can either call or stop in and pick up the supplies you need to get your jobs done right away.
